I’m delighted to announce the launch of Faster Vouchers for Clubcard.  Faster Vouchers quickly turns your Clubcard points into vouchers – so you don’t need to wait for your statement.  You can either request your vouchers through your Clubcard account online, or use the Clubcard app.

Colleagues can use Faster Vouchers from today, ahead of the launch to customers in the coming weeks.

How to use Faster Vouchers

You can either request your vouchers through your Clubcard account online or use the Clubcard app.

  • Go to ‘My Clubcard account’ or log into the app.
  • Click on ‘Points’
  • Click on ‘Turn points into Faster Vouchers’ underneath your points balance (this will only appear if you have enough points to convert).
  • Click on ‘Request vouchers’.
  • Your vouchers will appear in your account within 24 hours.
  • Spend them in-store, online, or with our Reward Partners.

Faster Vouchers T & Cs

By opting in for ‘Faster Vouchers’, you agree for your statement to be automatically sent to your registered email address.

  • You must have a minimum of 150 points to request a digital voucher.
  • All qualifying points in your account will be turned into vouchers.
  • Points that have not been turned into vouchers have no value.
  • Any adjustments or refunds to your points balance will be processed within 24 hours.
  • The amount you receive in vouchers may be different to the amount of points converted.
  • Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher (minimum of 21 months).
  • You can collect or convert a maximum of 30,000 points in any one collection period.
  • Collection periods are quarterly, (May, August, October and February, but exact dates may vary.)
  • Members will not be able to turn points into vouchers for two weeks before the end of each collection period.

If you opt-in to receive faster vouchers you will now get them within 24 hours, making it easier to spend them with one of our Reward Partners on days out, weekend breaks, holidays and more.
