This week, Which? has released its study on the best and worst of UK call centres and Tesco Mobile is highlighted as providing the best call centre experience across the whole mobile industry.
Which? praises Tesco Mobile for our call centre colleagues being “polite and helpful” and for “not keeping people waiting”. In fact, we scored 5 out of 5 stars for our staff knowledge, politeness, helpfulness and overall customer satisfaction.
Customers told Which? what they wanted from a call-centre and very simply it was that calls should be answered within 5 minutes by a human voice.
